Mainly focused on city and freeway driving, these mini-driving courses are designed to help you increase your confidence behind the wheel before your road test. Depending on your chosen course, you will learn various city-based, Highway and advanced driving skills to prepare you for your G License.

G License Short Defensive Driving Courses
Improve your driving skills and learn new techniques for your G road test. Canadian Academy of Defensive Driving provides five mini-driving courses in various locations, including Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Richmond Hill, and Stouffville. These courses are designed explicitly for G2 license holders and international drivers eligible for their G License. Also, a vehicle rental is included for the day of your road test.

What the mini courses focus on
Every G License mini-course includes behind-the-wheel training and a rental vehicle on the day of your road test. Our G License mini courses are offered to Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Ajax, Whitby and Stouffville drivers. We take you through the Province of Ontario driving rules and regulations, let you observe other drivers, and teach you vehicle control tactics, braking, space management and defensive driving techniques. Each course varies in the core focus of its instruction and serves to prepare drivers for city driving, Highway and freeway driving, and other advanced driving tactics.

Upon completing one or any number of CADD G License short defensive driving courses in Toronto, you will have learned new skills,

Course Requirements
- 16+ years of age
- Valid Ontario G1 Driver’s License (for international drivers) and a valid Ontario G2 Driver’s License (under the Ontario Graduated License System, for local drivers) -
Course Structure
Each mini course varies in length and consists of in-vehicle driving instruction to master the focus skills specified in every program.
